RESUMO
Neste estudo objetivou-se identificar a prevalência dos níveis da síndrome de BURNOUT em professores de uma escola da rede municipal de ensino de Campo Grande MS, e verificar as variáveis sócio-demográficas da população estudada, bem como, se ha correlação estatística significativa entre as variáveis sócio-demográficas e os níveis da BURNOUT. Empregou-se uma pesquisa de abordagem quantitativa nos professores, utilizando-se o Inventário de BURNOUT de Masiach-MBI. Participaram do estudo 44 professores, maioria do sexo feminino, casados e com filhos. As variáveis, gênero, estado civil e maternagem não influenciaram, de forma significativa, nos níveis da BURNOUT. Observou-se que dos 44 professores pesquisados, 8/44 apresentaram elevados escores em Exaustão Emocional e Despersonalização e baixos escores de Realização Profissional 42/44, indicando que estes professores, já estão vivenciando a BURNOUT. Os demais 36 professores apresentaram-se com baixa Realização Profissional, o que indica que podem estar adquirindo a síndrome de BURNOUT.
This study aimed to identify the levels of prevalence of the syndrome of burnout in teachers of a school's network of municipal education of Campo Grande-MS, and check the socio-demographic variables of population, and where there is significant statistical correlation between the socio-demographic variables and levels of burnout. We applied a quantitative approach in search of teachers, using the Maslach Burnout Inventory - MBI. Study participants were 44 teachers, majority female, married and with children. The variables, gender, marital status and maternagem not affected, significantly, the levels of burnout. It was observed that of the 44 teachers surveyed, 8 / 44 had high scores in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization and low scores for professional development 42/44, indicating that these teachers are already experiencing the burnout. The remaining 36 teachers, were low Professional Conduct, which states that may be acquiring the syndrome of burnout.
